7-Steps Away From a Fabulous Career As A Professional Organizer!
We only hire the best!
We hire part-time and full-time Liberators year round and in numerous cities across the United States. In order to ensure we hire professional organizers that fit our company culture, we have designed the following 7-Step Interview Process.
Step 1. Please be certain to review the Major Organizers website thoroughly prior to submitting your resume. It is important to us that you understand, respect and honor the Major Organizers method, vision, mission, and values. Don’t skip this step. When we interview you, we expect that you have spent time on our website getting to know us.
Step 2. Go to “Apply Now” button below to start the application process. This application process is divided in to several parts and you will answer several questions, upload your resume and take a two question trait survey. (If you do not have a resume, create a very basic one to upload. It need not be award-winning, we just want to know what you have been up to for the last 5-30 years.)
Step 3. Virtual Home Evaluation. We want to make sure you “Walk the Talk of a Professional Organizer”. We are not looking for perfection in your home. We just need proof that you value being organized. You can show us three or more areas of your home that you feel exemplify your organizing talents.
Step 4. Phone Interview and References Checked. (30 minutes )
Step 5. Virtual or In-Person Interview with a Major Organizers Executive (30 minutes). If the Executive Team selects you as a candidate for the Major Mom Academy, a background check will be performed.
Step 6. Attend Virtual New Hire Orientation via Google Hangouts. (1 hour)
Step 7. All prospective employees must attend the Major Mom Academy unless you are already certified as a home organizer by a reputable organization or association. The Major Mom Academy is free for prospective employees of franchise locations, however, there are several out of pockets expenses incurred during training and on-boarding.
