Angela Cody-Rouget

Phoenix, Arizona

Angela Cody-Rouget is a founding partner of Major Mom and one of three Certified Professional Organizers in Arizona. She is also a certified Family Manager. She moved with her family and the military over 27 times. Because of this, she learned to keep her load light and not get attached to stuff. Angela understood what it was like to make new friends and then have to leave them. Angela Cody spent 18 years dedicated to serving her country in the US Air Force. She attained the rank of major and resigned her commission to be a better wife and mother to her two children. She worked as a corporate sale representative for five years and then started her organizing company. She earned a BA in Speech Communication at Indiana University and an MBA from University of Colorado. Today, Angela puts a high value on her church, family, friends and staff, as she cherishes those strong connections. She sees that she’s part of a larger global family, and longs for her business to grow so that she can give more to help those in need – especially children.

Angela is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and Faithful Organizers, and has served as the President of the Board of Directors for NAPO-Colorado. Like most women, she sometimes feels torn between kids and career and the balancing act is difficult, but she’s thankful for a husband who is supportive and understanding and she couldn’t do life without him. Frederic, who was born and raised in France, is the man who she exchanged salutes over 12 years ago. Since Angela is 75% German (and everyone knows Germans are known for their strong regimented lives and organization), it’s been an interesting blend of backgrounds! When Angela isn’t organizing, you might find her hanging out with her children, hiking in the foothills, working on her book or cooking fabulous meals.


Mandy Pinkston

Denver, Colorado

Mandy Pinkston is a founding partner of Major Mom and one of nine Certified Professional Organizers in Colorado. Her previous careers as a Realtor, Organizational Leader, and Sales Professional have contributed to her ability to understand her clients’ needs, and therefore, develop customized solutions that bring her clients a deep sense of relief and profound joy. Mandy’s patience, empathy and calming force allows her clients to really enjoy the organizing process. She also has an eye for beauty and design enabling her to create homes people love living in. She holds degrees in Commercial Art and Business Administration from Concordia University.

Mandy is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and Faithful Organizers, and served five years on the Board of Directors for NAPO-Colorado. Mandy grew up in a small Nebraska town and loves living in urban Denver with her husband, Willie, and their daughter, Johnna. When Mandy isn’t organizing, you might find her walking in the neighborhood, working in her backyard garden, or out hiking or camping in the mountains.


Wendy Ahrens

Littleton, Colorado

Wendy Ahrens is Major Mom’s third Certified Professional Organizer and seventh in the state of Colorado. She has been liberating Major Mom clients in Colorado since 2010, but she has been keeping her family organized her entire life. Previous jobs as an office manager and a daycare manager came naturally to her, but she truly loves organizing households…one family at a time. Wendy’s clients love her positive attitude and encouragement. Wendy is especially crafty and loves to repurpose items for her clients saving them time and money. She graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Drama, and she enjoys speaking to groups large and small.

Wendy grew up in San Diego, but she has been a Littleton resident since 1991. She is the very proud of mother of two grown sons. When Wendy isn’t organizing, you might find her walking her two cockapoos, or enjoying girl’s nights out, scrapbooking, baseball games and world travels.
