We have offered virtual organizing services since 2010. We have many success stories and testimonials that can be found on the location pages of our website. In 2016, we were on the military episode of Shark Tank and got flooded with requests for our Liberators, but we were only in three locations at that time. So, we took our virtual services to the next level. Many of our clients just need a virtual organizing buddy that helps them make decisions. Some of our clients, have completely hit a wall and beg us to just tell them what to do. With today’s modern technology, now anyone can be organized by America’s best professional organizers – Major Mom & The Liberators. Whether you are just way too far away from us or you know a friend or family member in a different state, the Major Organizers team is here to save the day.
Virtual Organizing Pricing
We offer several different organizing packages for individuals that are organized, but stuck or that want to take their home to the next level of organization. After a 15 minute initial intake we will decide if virtual is a good fit for your needs. Then, we will send you an invoice to be paid before the first organizing session begins. Time on the video call, telephone, text messages and emails all count towards the package time. Here are our current packages:
Power Hour $108 – 1 hour: Perfect for an organized person that is stuck and just needs an outside perspective. Space plans and product ideas will be given to you during the session. Sometimes, the Power Hour goes so well, that our clients book more time in order to have more support.
Independence Package $188 – 2 hours: Perfect for an organized person that wants support determining a space plan, an action plan and which products would work best.
Jumpstart Package $288 – 3 hours: Perfect for an organized person that has numerous areas to organize, especially after a relocation or a life changing event. There will be 2 sessions of approximately 1.5 hours each.

Virtual Organizing Sessions – Is This What I Need?
Virtual organizing sessions are perfect for people who are already naturally organized, but have hit some roadblocks and feel stuck. Virtual organizing sessions are great for DIYs that just need ideas, guidance and a plan. Virtual is also great for our current clients that would like a follow-up session after the in-person organizing has been completed. Both new clients and current clients can benefit from quick pointers and troubleshooting tips for a specific room or area. Helping you get through those times where you just feel stuck and aren’t sure what to do next is our specialty. Here are a few important questions to ask yourself:
- Have you been looking at the exact same pile of mess for months or years without doing anything to fix it?
- Do you not know where things should go, so you make a stack or pile?
- Do you have a room in your house that is overly cluttered and you are not sure how to fix it?
- Do you feel sad or angry when you think about organizing a specific area of your home?
- Do you have the energy to organize but feel stuck and do not know where to start?
Video Service Providers We Use
We want you to feel comfortable and safe. So you may just use your phone and send us photos instead of using video. However, if you want more support and better results, video seems to work best and now it is pretty easy now thanks to these popular video chat service providers:
- FaceTime
- Messenger
- Zoom
Often our clients will just walk around with a phone or their laptop and show us the areas they want better organized. Major Organizers then will talk with you and make specific recommendations. We’ll then set up follow up calls to review your progress and go over the challenges you faced.
Equipment You Need
The equipment and software for your virtual organizing session will vary depending on your computer, operating software and video conferencing service provider. You will need at least these items:
- Computer/Laptop
- Mobile Device With Webcam
- Webcam (separate or built-in)
- High-Speed Internet (DSL or higher)
